Yes. I oil my scalp with it ( just have to massage it in well because it's in a more raw form than your normal hair grease) and I add it on my hair as well.

Q: Can this be used on dry hair?

I wouldn't. If you must, I'd use it sparingly just to add shine to the hair, not for dryness. It would make it too oily.

Q: Does it tame frizzy hair and fly aways?

Absolutely!!! That's exactly the kind of hair that it's made for!!
