This phone is absolutely fantastic. I've had it since March and it hasn't let up. The name and durability videos on YouTube speak for themselves. This thing is a tank. It comes with a screen protector already on the phone (Pretty sure this is the only phone like that). The screen protector is durable and scratch resistant enough that I still have it on as I write this. There are some scratches on the screen protector, but the case on Amazon came with another one, so I'm waiting it out. The scratches are not an issue, and are my only gripe. This phone is perfect otherwise. I have had 3 phones in the past three years before this one and all but one of them were shattered with a drop and from being in my pocket while I was crouching down at work (Thank you, Samsung Note 8). Past it's durability, this phone is fast, has a huge battery and good camera (Be sure to remove the watermark in the settings). The only times this phone this phone has died are when I don't charge it for 3 days and I test my grounds. It has held up very well. I'm planning on investing more into it by getting the endoscope. All in all, this phone has been a dream to have and I'm not planning on getting rid of it until it gives me a reason. And at this point, even if it gives me a reason, I'd still stick with the Armor series.

Very good quality phone. Battery life is exceptional. Has reverse charging so you can use it as a power bank. Unbeatable price. My only complaint is that the battery optimization features sometimes prevent certain apps from working properly

I bought this phone to replace my Blackview which the sound went out on right after I bought it. Three years with no external speaker. I blamed it on me being in a weld shop and that the induced current might have fried it. Anyway, speaker on this phone is still working. It's very rugged, heavy in the pocket, but that doesn't bother me. The battery lasts a long time, I only need to charge twice a week vs every night. The instruction manual for this phone lacks severely, I didn't need anyone to tell me how to turn it on. It doesn't have enough information in it, not by a longshot.

This phone is a lot heavier than my previous phone, but with the battery being twice the amp hours, it must have a very large battery and with the heavy built case, it should be heavy. I've had it about a week and it is taking some time to get used to the different functions that it has, but so far, I am quite happy with it. I work outdoors in construction and groundskeeping, so I am hoping it will hold up to the rigors of my occupation.1 year later......phone was very reliable until March 16th. 1 year and 13 days after I purchased it, the fingerprint sensor quit working and was screaming hot to touch. The battery was dying within a couple of hours, instead of lasting all day like usual.....The warranty from Ulefone is for 1 year...So I either have to pay to have this one fixed (if possible), or buy another phone already. If i wind up buying another phone, it certainly won't be a Ulefone. I paid around 600 bucks for this one, and only got 1 year out of it.

Overall a very good phone. Fast and responsive..rugged as all heck and comes with tempered glass screen protector already which is nice. Transitioned all my phone info painlessly. Haven't tried the underwater feature yet but looking forward to it. As a field technician I blow through phones constantly.....this thing is a tank...is slightly larger than typical but I would imagine that's part of it's ruggedness. Small price to pay to not have to worry about breaking it so quickly. A++ product. Would buy again

I have now had the phone for a couple of months and have unfortunately changed my perspective regarding the Armor 9X. Along the lines of my initial review, the phone is "mechanically" excellent with a high quality camera set, good telephone reception, excellent battery life and fine bluetooth and wifi. The screen is responsive and it runs Android 10 quickly and smoothly.My last phone, an inexpensive Moto, lasted five years and had been dropped, kicked and thrown in the car and motorcycle so often the paint rubbed off. With that in mind and although the Moto never misbehaved, I purchased this rugged phone and was willing to accept the extra bulk (in terms of size and weight) to get more robustness.Since receiving the Armor 9X, I have dropped the phone twice. The first time, at a park, put significant scratch marks on the glass. The second time, it fell out of my pocket in the garage (a drop of maybe two feet) and the screen cracked. The case showed no signs of impact at all in either situation. In all my years of abuse on the Moto, the screen never cracked or even scraped. The only things that comes to mind is that the extra weight of the Ulefone is actually a detriment in that it adds impact momentum in case of a drop.I am unable to find a repair kit, nor does their website seem to have a service center where I can get this fixed. Disappointing for a new phone with "gorilla glass".

This phone turned out to be genuinely rugged. However, my very clumbsy and destructive DH managed to break the screen. He is like a bull in a China shop. It did last 7 months which is really good for him. When Our local repair shops could not find the replacement screen, I wrote to the seller. They replied promptly and sent me a link for the screen purchase and even a Video incase I wanted to try and replace it myself. Super pleased to have found a phone this tough and to be dealing with such a helpful seller, even months later. Thank you!

Everything went smooth upon setup, camera's nice.Is it heavy? Yeah.Am I confident I could throw it off a mountain and still make a phone call at the bottom? Yep.Most defiantly a work phone, built for the rough hands and all sorts of interesting jobs.I've gone ALL day (6am-8pm as of this review) and I'm still at 73%, I've watched videos, played music, and made more than 3 hour+ phone calls.Highly recommend for the Dad that keeps breaking screens and the hard worker that still wants to snapchat his kids.
