The media could not be loaded. This is definitely a good thing to have for the bathroom. This really keeps my bathroom mirrors from getting fogged up really bad. Let's go over the overall design of the item. The dehumidifier is a pretty big device. It is not heavy but can take up a good amount of space. It has a very simple control system which is a power on and off switch. You cannot control anything else. There is no remote control nor can you really control when it will start and stop. You have to turn it on and off every time. It has a decent size bowl so you can be sure it will hold a good amount of moisture. It take a rather long time to collect a full amount of moisture. The dehumidifier is a nice oval design with a plastic cover for the designs. The plastic is pretty sturdy. When you remove the container, there is a bunch of wires you can see but they are covered. On the container itself, you will find another cover that will need to be removed so you can easily dump and wash the device out. I honestly just use the water collected to water my plants around the house. It is not much but is better than pouring it down the sink. I would recommend just drying it after you dump it or dump it out every week if possible to avoid mold from growing. The dehumidifier has three different indicators to show the power is on as well if the container is at "max". This should not be exceeded to prevent the water from escaping or leaking. I am unsure if it shuts off on its own as I do not let it get full to avoid any issues with mold or algae from growing in the water. I got about a quarter amount of water about two weeks (based on container). The overall functionality there is only setting and two fans that are not too noisy. It draws in all the moisture at a pretty decent rate. I usually turn this on before I go for a shower and it keeps most of my mirror from fogging up. It is not 100 percent but definitely better than without it. Back to noise, it is not too loud or noticeable. It is definitely quieter than the bathroom fans if you have one. The overall design is really nice and there is not any leak issues that I have seen. It is strong enough to dehumidify most of my bathroom but I do not have a basement to really test that. It pulls it a good amount of moisture so you can keep the bathroom dry. It does have a handle on top but not exactly I would want to bring on vacation with me.

So to be fair, I must say I didn’t really know about dehumidifiers and what they help to do, but I sure am happy I looked into it!! To be honest my kids have been sick nonstop for months so I questioned if maybe there was even mold in my apartment (I live by the beach) so I called out a specialist who actually told me that the the humidity in my apartment was very very high which can cause health issues and grow mold and so on… so long story short I learned that a humidifier is NOT the answer for your kids room when sick but that we needed a dehumidifier and I would see a difference relatively quickly. Well I did my research and found this little miracle of a device! I got 2 of them for different sized rooms and with in two days I could see a difference in my kids and their constant coughing! Not only is it pretty compact it can easily fit hidden but it is also so quiet I forget they are on. Not to mention it stops and turns itself off and puts on a red light when it is full of water to let you know it needs to be emptied! My apartment feels so much better I cannot even begin to tell you how grateful I am to have learned about dehumidifiers and their benefits. I highly highly recommend this company and it’s literally the easiest thing to set up! Thank you!

. I purchased this Dehumidifer to help lower the humidity in my small2 room apartment, which is less than 400 square feet. It works but slow and if you use with AC you must raise it about 30 inchers above the floor. It is easy to set up and move but a sign saying power unit is in water collection tray would be nice.

I wanted to give it a good week or so before I submitted a review for this product. I must say this dehumidifier is small in size but it makes a huge difference! We placed the dehumidifier in our living room and to get the maximum benefit we keep it running 24/7. After about the first day I noticed a difference in the moisture in the room. It was not until several days after we purchased it, we had a real humid day (not necessarily hot) in Missouri. When I walked out outside there was an certainly a difference. Now before we purchased this it was definitely humid in our living room, even when we used our air conditioner. Now, I notice a distinct difference in our home also when it comes to the moisture!It is indeed small and there is a subtle fan that you can hear when you turn it on. But it is quiet. We placed it in the living room because the room dimensions for our living room (it is small) was just the right size according to their specs on the box. The reservoir for the water fills up rather quickly! In three days we about half the water reservoir filled up with water from the living room. for aesthetic purposes there is a faint blue light that is on the top of the handle which has a nice glow. It is small enough to place anywhere in your home. I highly recommend it!If you have a living room that is more than about 800-900 sq ft. you would do better to get you a bigger humidifier, but if you have a studio or a small/med sized room this is right up your alley. It is a great product for what you pay for it. I recommend it!
