Good quality
Only used once so far, but found it to be surprisingly sturdy and effective. Seems better quality than others which are far more expensive, but guess time will tell. Thanks

Head unsteady.
The dusting head is a bit unsteady, moves around when doing high cupboards. Cannot fold head down again.

Reaches high places
Purchased this for my 82 yr old mum to stop her climbing up ladders to dust. She says lovely and sturdy and perfect to reach on top of wardrobes and cupboards
