Easy to assemble. Very stable. Bigger than expected. Very good for the price.

To be honest, my cats aren't the biggest fan of sleeping in this, they don't like most of the things we buy them though. This was easy to put together, sturdy enough to handle my toddlers who climb in it, and looks great.
