Easy to apply but they are too tight to move loosely around the bit/joint. For me it works fine but for someone else that might be a problem.

These don't work very well. They come off too easily. They are lost in an instant because a rider is not even aware that they come off so easily, and then the horse has a bloody lip because the guard fell off. I would have to venture that the velcro used is poor quality.
