The product itself is fine: easy to assemble and sturdy. It is value for money. But the delivery is a nightmare. When I ordered the table set the expected delivery date should be next week since I am only moving into my apartment today. A nice neighbor knocked on my door this afternoon saying that a large package with my name and flat number on it had been left in another main entrance 400m away. I went there and collected it myself. No notice or call had been given to me about the delivery. To my surprise, the Amazon delivery tracking said the package was delivered and signed by me! The delivery service was provided by Hermes UK and this is not the first time they have provided a poor delivery experience.

The reason I have given this 3 stars is not because it isn't a nice set cause once placed together it was a great set and perfect for what area it waz needed for. My rating is also due to the fact that my 1st set of chairs got delivered wrong colour for one chair and one chair was damaged so then had to wait for a new delivery. Then when the table did arrive we got the legs one and the table top another. The table top was also very damaged and then had to wait for that to be delivered again. The company gave us replacements which was good but then we got stuck with damaged products to have to get rid of. All together great product but poor delivery service

Pay close attention to the table- there is a gap in the middle between the two parts. It’s not a big deal for me, but that might not be everyone’s cup of tea.I think the table is very meh. It’s compact and looks/feels cheap. I’d assembled this one month ago, and yesterday I noticed a screw fall out. I looked under to see nearly every screw was ready to follow suit. Didn’t leave much time for a follow up tightening. The table is a bit wobbly too, but that’s because it’s a pretty cheaply thrown together table.The chairs on the other hand are really cosy and nice looking, BUT you need to get some sort of leg pad/cover, because they scratched my floors up BAD.The chairs are delivered separately from the table, so don’t get concerned if one arrives without the other.

After an initial problem with the item. I have contacted the seller and provided some photos to show what the problem was. They immediately reissue a new replacement table for me, and i was told that I will receive it within 2-5 working days.Thank you Cathy for your help to sort this.

Bought this for my niece during lockdown. She assembled it herself and said it was easier to put together than she thought it would be. The chairs were actually out of stock when I purchased it and had to wait a number of weeks before the order was despatched, (even though the order status on Amazon said it had been). However, the customer service was very responsive and handled my concerns. They were even happy for me to change the table I wanted. As it’s not solid wood it’s a buy for those who are starting out in their first home. Overall, we’ve been pleased with our experience - my niece is obsessed with eating every meal at it!

Easy to assemble. Comes well packaged. Quite happy with the sturdiness and looks, for the price range.

I don’t recommend it.Do not waste your money.

Excellent table & chairs quality product east to assemble Allen key supplied for the chairs was just bit too small. Would highly recommend .
