Blinking ussue
After 10 months it automatically Blinking and not working properly..Also no return option available

Bulb goes offline randomly
Initially the bulbs worked fine. I set a timer to turn it on in the evening and turn off in the morning and the bulbs worked fine. After a weeks I noticed that the bulb shows offline in the app and doesn't even turn on on it's scheduled time. Then after switching off and on manually it comes back online. This is not expected from a trusted brand like Havells. I don't even know what is the process to raise complaint or get replacement.

Easy to install and it actually works
Unlike other brands in the market, this one was really easy to set up and connect to Google home and it worked very well. I had purchased few other branded ones that never worked.The software is also good, unlike all other brands that come with poor quality software.Retains state and color through power cuts.Not that bright. But i just use it as a toy for my kid so it's okay. May need two or more lights if you use just this light in any room.Brown didn't work. Other colors were okay. Looks like colors tend to fade after a month.
