Great Find!
I needed to bolster a 30 year old bed frame and these legs worked perfectly! They were easy to install and the height adjustment was perfect for my needs. It turned out that I did not need the additional extension but I was quite happy to have the option. These supports are sturdy and easy to install!

works well
this is easy to install and its priced well. i was able to use it on a couch when all the other legs were made of wood. i used this in the back center leg so it is not seen. works perfect! adjustable and sturdy.

But this or a new bed frame?
These are great for easy repair and less expensive than going out and having to buy a new bed. I like that it comes with 4 legs others only come with 3. Easy to install. Only issues for me is that the main piece for adjusting comes in 2 pieces rather then one would be more sturdy with one piece. Also I wish the bottom of the leg was flat and was rubberized. Its rounded and plastic. So easily slips and not as sturdy as it would be if it were flat.

Worked great for me
I have memory foam mattress that sits on a thin wooden platform board. If you have one of these, you know what I mean. The mattress and the board sit on wood slats for the bed. The slats began to sag under the weight. I tried using a block of wood standing on its end as support but it kept slipping. This metal support solved the problem. However, you might need three of them to really do the job right. I used one of these in the center and then cut a table leg to size for the other slats on the ends....I was being cheap. The wood legs worked, but more effort than it was worth. I wish I had just bought three of these things

WAY Sturdier Than They Appear in the Photos
I purchased a queensize bed from a lady, and when I was setting it up I found that she did not have the center support legs that were supposed to screw into the slats. Luckily Amazon had several options for an item that I had not idea existed before this experience. I was concerned about purchasing these because the photos seem to make them look spindly and fragile. When they arrived I was quite relieved to find they were substantial. They were easy to install. We just marked around them onto the board, including the screw holes, and drilled some pilot holes - quick and easy.Make sure you measure the distance from the floor to the frame/slat before ordering - and then order the correct size. I don't suggest ordering a smaller size so that you will have to extend it as far as possible. That will just be asking for trouble.I like that the foot or bottom has a plastic glider to prevent damage to flooring. So far these are doing a great job!

Perfect for my IKEA bed and Walmart boxspring
Fixed these support legs to the Walmart boxspring which used to bend for my weight. Works perfectly. doesn't bend a bit and support feels strong. I think it is a must for all beds that use a box spring sitting on just the side rails and a center beam.

Looks Sturdy but Metal Flexes.
They were promising but failed after a week or so. The screw piece flexes and the adjustments don't stay in place. Maybe if it's not extended at ALL it might work. Bed is on hardwood, I purchased the non slip plastic base as well. That still didn't work. I contacted the seller and they never responded. I ended up donating them to Goodwill and building/adding additional support support. Recommend doing it right and not trying this quick fix. Ended up costing me more time and money.
