Useless, just a piece of rubber, broke in 2 days
Very thin material, broke within 2 days, that too when used by a senior citizen, balloon like material almost transparentNot at all a resistance band or stretch band for excercise, I would advise the company to make balloons instead.Waste of money

My dad uses this for his shoulder impingement.
