EU plugs and not good quality
On arrival the item seemed like the contents had been already opened. This product comes with EU plugs therefore not suitable for UK plug points. The back of the unit did not fit properly therefore I feel it had already been returned (which fits with my thoughts it had already been opened) and sent back out. Cheap looking and don’t know if it worked as couldn’t plug it in.

Why would I want EU plugs in the UK?
What a waste of time, sent with EU plugs, not UK plugs and this was not made clear. I’d imagine this item is always returned from the UK!
