Received sooner than expected in two boxes. Easy assembly, part clearly marked and instructions were excellent. It is perfect for my living room, looks like it was built in. Throws a good amount of heat and the flames are realistic looking.

Great looking piece. Fairly easy to assemble. Strong construction, controls in front are very convenient. The unit does an excellent job heating up the room and it's flame is pretty realistic.

I liked everything about this fireplace. It was very well packaged where there was no worry that it might be damaged, but did have a note in there on who to call if it was. All of the pieces were extremely well labeled and the directions were simple and easy to follow. PLUS, the fireplace itself works like a charm. Our son likes the different colors you can make the fire, including green, which will be fun for Halloween. 100% RECOMMEND this product if your looking to warm up your space, aesthetically and literally.

Wood is very good quality, it's not solid but has a good thick veneer. The heater element looks good and realistic . It really doesn't noticeably push the heat out past maybe 3 ft from the front unless it's really cranked up to max. It's not too noisy but you can tell it's running. It takes chill out of the medium sized room. Overall, wish the heater and fan were better but satisfied.

The fireplace looks nice. The electric-heater fan is loud. Not as loud as a vacuum, but impossible to ignore when it's on, and you have to speak over it to have a conversation. The worst feature is that any push of a button creates an obnoxiously loud BEEP. The beeping is nearly as loud as our smoke detector. The beeping is made worse by the fact that you can't just select the setting you want. You have to cycle through all the settings until you get to the one you're seeking. As a result, almost anything you do with this fireplace requires a string of obnoxious beeps. If you imagine waking up on a chilly morning and peacefully turning on this fireplace, this is not the product for you. Turning it on will wake everyone in the house. (Truly a design flaw, given that there's literally no value to the sound; there's no need for any beep at all, let alone a loud one that downgrades the "peaceful" experience significantly.) Disappointing, because it does look nice... but it's not the peaceful experience we'd been seeking.
