You’ll notice an increase in blood flow and vascularity. I hit a plateau in my weight loss and got stuck at a 34” waist. This helped me bring it down to 33” within a few weeks with continued intermittent fasting, dieting and training. Something else I noticed was that I was able to breathe better when taking this and the effects were most noticeable when sleeping at night despite me taking this towards the morning in a fasted state.

This was recommended for my histamine issue. It works great but my research shows possible Iron blocking. Don't need that long term.

I suffer from several disorders that make life fairly painful.Hesperidin has helped me tremendously! I can get moving sooner and move better when taking it.
