Great little heater/towel rail. Looks good and works well. In a all cloakroom it provides all the heat needed

I converted under my stairs to a downstairs cloakroom and this radiator is the perfect size and gives off sufficient heat to take the chill out and keep towels dry and warm.

Excellent size for 2 hand towels.

The radiator was installed in Feb 2024. The heater has failed in May 2024. The heater was placed in a new bathroom. The cost of a new heater element plus installation is greater than the cost of a replacement.Reluctantly I will have to buy the same unit to replace it to avoid spoiling the new bathroom.

Have had to return this item due to the distance from wall to radiator too great and would have obstructed opening door/drawers. Otherwise it was exactly what I was looking for to provide extra warmth in the kitchen.

Cable is 1000 mm not 1200 mm as described - which in my case was a pain because 1200 mm would've been perfect. Also, whilst it gives off a pleasant heat, the one I have does not heat the full number of rails, the bottom two are quite cold. The seller however is without fault.

Rubbish all bent and twisted, packaging was all ripped and looked like it had been thrown about

I had the heater element fail after three weeks , contacted Valdern and a replacement was delivered within two days.Excellent service - excellent company. - five stars everyday -
