Great using my restaurant
I use these to number small cupcake liners used to track pizzas in my busy restaurant.

First try of a marker of this type
I currently have no complaints. It works really well for my use. These should last a long time as long as they don't dry up.

Not for every food item
Double ended tipped pens that were easy to use and were well inked.Probably not meant for every food application. I used them on chocolate dipped items and the ink didn't want to flow and did not stay dark over time. Probably because of the amount of oils in dipping chocolate.These are probably best used on Royal Icing.

Love it!
Works great for writing on cookies. Royal icing must be completely dry though or else you can poke a hole if using too much pressure. It dried well.

Don't waste your money.
These did not work for me. I attempted to use them on my unicorn cakepops for eyes, and it did not work. It was as if they were dried out.
