If you can afford it, this size is perfect. I started with a iron, to a 12x10 easy press, to a 12x9 heat press. All to small and later realized how much easier my life would be if I had a bigger press, instead of multi pressing.I couldn't afford the name brand and saw this one at a good price. It heats up super quick. It does have a faint new appliance smell when turned on. Over time it's going away. Doesn't bother me any.I haven't used the attachments yet, but I did message the seller. You can remove the white film on the mug attachments.Only down side to this press is that it is too heavy, but that's almost every cheap alternative to swing away presses. I have mine drilled and mounted to my cart, so it's not going anywhere.The pressure is super easy to adjust and it's very heavy weight. Glad I chose this one vs a clam shell.Yes it does get HOT 🔥🔥. Which is great for sublimation

We like to start out buy saying , this seller cares for their customers genuinely. I don't know were to start . I learned a good lesson here and like to say something. Nothing is perfect people in life but it's how we deal with a problem and have faith God works everthing out . I bought an awesome hot press 15" x 15" 8 in 1 set . Excellent product and quality . Unfortunately, the control box was defective so I was freaking out . But I took a breath and contacted the seller . At first I didn't have much faith and thought I've been took . That wasn't Christian like by no means, Readers. But the seller contacted me fast , was able to figure out what I needed and made things right quickly. At the same time , encourage me that everthing was going to be Allright and not to worry. I felt trust pour in my heart right then. Now I have a awesome working heat press set that works so great ! So we purchased this and the directions are not very good. We had to figure out a lot on our own. The suction cups that come with it DO NOT keep this product from tipping over. Very dangerous when it is hot. We had to buy another table that we didn't care if it had holes in it and screwed it down to the table. The pads that you set your shirts on are not fixed to the machine so every time you put a shirt on them or take it off, the pads come off and move. I don't know how to stop them from moving. The control panel is hard to figure out. We have had to watch the video on amazon several times to figure it out. That is the only directions you really get is on the listing on amazon. When we finally figured it out somewhat, it gets hot and puts vinyl on shirts. That is all we have tried so far. It has taken us a while to get that figured out.

It moves from side to side instead of up and down. That’s the only flaw for me.

I love this press! I love the pullout drawer. Makes it easier to use. Haven used the accessories cup, plate or hat press yet. But I will. It makes a popping sound ( not loud enough to drive you nuts while on) after it reaches the temp. I think its just reminding you it's on, so you don't forget to turn it off.

The media could not be loaded. I am more than impressed with my purchase! I decided to start my own small tshirt and customization business. I was hesitant at first because I haven't done anything like this in my life and I thought it would be hard to do. This Heat Press Machine is one of the best purchases I've made. The directions are easy to follow and the attachments are easy to change out and use. I've been able to make some really neat shirts! I highly recommend!!

Great customers service, I bought the 15" x 15" 8 in 1 heat press set . Excellent product and quality but the rails that the bottom plate slides on were damaged in shipping and it was hard to put the bottom plate out. Contacted the seller and they responded quickly and shipped replacement rails.

Overall this press is fairly easy to use. That said, I wish I had not purchased the swing away model and would have got one that lifted. This press runs 30 degrees hotter than the gauges read, which has caused me much frustration and ruined items. Today the "silicone" mat got overheated and was destroyed, so now I have to buy a new one. Was it really silicone? I have doubts.I have successfully made a few T-shirts, but am really struggling with sublimation because of the wonky temps! I don't think I will buy this model if I have to replace it.
