Not working as expected
Quality of product is good however steam isn’t as good, which is the whole purpose of buying this product.

Defective product
I ordered a steam inhaler and it's not working as expected. Only very little steam is coming, even after keeping the item plugged for long. I tried returning the item and return was possible then, but today when I checked it was not only marked as returned but is marked as not eligible for return. I would like to know the reason for this.

Good but why is there no light to indicate it’s working
Two points not liked. One is no indicator light. WhySecond the time taken for steam to form and emit is too long.Rest all is very good
