Very well built. Inner and outer gaskets seal weather out, no leaks. Had it professionally installed used good quality exterior sealer/caulk. Gas pistons raise the window effortlessly. Comes with a rod to pull the window closed. The interior latch is recessed into the frame so it doesn’t protrude ensuring that it doesn’t get damaged. The lock has two locking points to secure the window. Comes with plastic film on all surfaces to prevent scratches when installing. We are very happy with this service window.

So far I am very pleased with this concession window. Bought it for my 6x12 mobile coffee trailer, and it looks fantastic! The handle that locks and unlocks it feels sturdy and the struts (i think is what they're called), lift the window and hold it up safely woth no issues for extended periods of time. Absolutely perfect for what I bought it for.

Poor quality…we took it out of the box and it was already rusted, figured we would just deal with it since we waited so long for it to arrive. Installed it and as we went to close it, the hinge broke. We welded it into our food truck so now we have to fix it. Would not recommend. Spend a little extra money for better quality.

Quality built Concession Window. I would have liked it better if it had glass as an option for the colder months.

We replaced the plexiglass with a glass panel & had to take a few extra steps to reinforce for safety, but overall the end product turned out amazing! This was installed in our kitchen and we couldn’t be happier!
