I LOVE all things Runa. I buy their bottled tea, tea bags, and loose leaf. For me, guayusa is godsend. It's a much more mellow and sustained energy than espresso or big name poisonous energy drinks. Anyways, I decided to try these little canned drinks and I'm not disappointed! I got the berry flavor, and they are quite sweet...next time I'll probably grab the Blood Orange instead. But the caffeine effect is the same, nice and strong but mellow.My only criticism is that they are packaged rather poorly. Mine came all scratched, dented, and dusty...especially around the top of the can where you put your lips! A lot of the ink was scratched off the labeling due to movement inside the box during shipment. Might also just be the way UPS handles their boxes. Just a minor gripe, as the product inside is awesome and deserves all 5 stars.Thanks Runa!

This was the old good Runa. Unfortunately it no longer exists. The new Runa is sickeningly sweet with more sugar plus artificial sweeteners added. Basically just another disgusting energy drink without subtlety

This is a healthier choice for a energy drink. I drank Celcius for years it was strong and gave you energy all day long. I stopped it not even realizing it had Sucrolose in it. Now I think if I am going to drink something for energy i want it to have no artificial sweeteners in it. The berry choice tastes good and I have not had the jitters or my heart racing out of my body. They also work with indigenous farmers who are proud to use guayusa shared around the world. They help protect the rainforest. It has no harsh chemicals its healthy and organic. The ingredients are Organic cane sugar, Brewed Organic Guayusa, purified water, citric acid, natural flavors, and Vit C. Its 110 calories.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but here is goes:I buy the Runa berry flavor individually from a local store, and LOVE them - the taste is smooth and flavorful. So when I saw that Amazon had them, I figured I would buy a 12 pack of 12oz cans, and save some cash. I just received my order, popped one open, and was horribly disappointed. These don't even taste like the same drink: there is an overwhelming chemical taste to the liquid in these cans, and none of the smoothness and flavor that I like so much. The smell is even off. To say the least, I am bummed right now. And I can't get this weird flavor out of my mouth.To be fair, I have contacted Runa to see if they can tell me what may have happened. Maybe there is a problem with this batch, or maybe the cans I received are really old. In any case, I will update this review when they respond to me, and change it accordingly.Runa, I love your stuff! This just doesn't taste like your stuff.Update1: The item I purchased and reviewed was Runa Berry, NOT Berry Boost. I purchased and received Runa Berry (dark Green cans). For some reason I can’t change that part of my reviewUpdate2: I actually found that there was some settling of the product in the cans. If I flipped them over a bunch of times to mix the contents up a little, the taste was a little better. Still different from the individual cans I buy elsewhere, though. I am going to try the Berry Boost now, and see if maybe the stuff I got was a that formula, just in the old cans.

Runa is the only energy drink that actually gives me a boost of energy like energy drinks should. If you want something to give you energy and is really sweet and “yummy” tasting Runa is not for you. But if you’re like me and don’t mind unsweetened teas and coffees then you’ll probably like it. Honestly, don’t see where the price increase is or the change in flavor since the rebranding like the other reviews say. It has always been almost $4 a can at the stores that have it in my area so in here it’s a decent price and the flavor is maybe a tiny bit less sweet, but that’s being really nit picky. If you’re looking for something different and more effective than the typical brands like Red Bull, monster, etc. Runa is a good choice.

They changed the recipe or somthing; maybe I just got a different batch. Is used to have a stronger and more carbonates flavor.

Stumbled on the Blood Orange by accident. Although, I didn't love the taste I finished a case of it. My only real complaint was it did need just a pinch of sweetner. Fortunately, I saw that the berry was naturally sweetend. That was all I needed to make it my go to training pick me up. I guess I'm on my 5th case in about 2.5 months. Absolutely, love it. Excellent substitute for coffee when it is hot outside too. I wish they'd make some additional naturally sweetened flavors.

We didn't notice any difference when using these. Neither my husband or myself. Not good but not bad, just nothing different. So we won't buy any more but maybe they work for someone else.
