I bought this initially as had stopped eating meat and was needing this as supplement to support.I am now back on the meat diet but continue to use this as it seems to help with my tinnitus.I ran out a couple of weeks ago and didn't notice but the effects of tinnitus were much more noticeable, I have ordered again and hopefully the effects are the same as last time for me.Tablets are small and very easy to swallow

I have a B12 problem and when I went for my injection I mentioned these tablets to the nurse, she said they would aid me. I must admit I haven't noticed a difference yet. B12 is used to raise energy and promote normal functioning of the immune system. They taste of nothing and are small so are easy to swallow. The bottle has a good seal but is also easy to open. I can't yet comment on the quality yet or the performance as I have not seen a noticeable difference yet but I will keep taking them as they are easy to use so I hope to see an improvement soon.
