It's OK for fancy dress. We used it as a photo prop. Needed it for about an hour so no comment on durability or wearability.

Not felt as described!
I wasn't expecting much given the price point but it's described as felt which would have given it a more thick durable feel and quality look! Unlike the cheap polyester-ish type material that it is! Doesn't hold its form and I doubt I'll be using it as a hood for my costume I'm making that it was supposed to be for!

Lovely design, pictures make it look like decent quality material. Feels and moves like thin cheap material.
