#1 task – eliminate unhealthy fats
I have practically no idea what inflammation or anti-inflammation is, if I am honest, I got this because of the ‘diet’ part.But now I do have a pretty good idea what is inflammation, when it’s useful to us and when it isn’t and of course looking out for the symptoms (explained in the first chapter).I don’t know whether I am on the path to inflammation, but I started introducing these dieting tips to my life very slowly. I mean, I am obviously not gonna just jump start the whole anti-inflammation diet just because it’s a ‘diet’; and it has been only a few days since I learned about his. But I’m gonna take my time and take it slow, and try it anyway. Simply for the reason that, I am literally obsessed with ALL the oils mentioned here that I am NOT supposed to eat (soybean, peanut, corn, sunflower etc.) and of course fried and fatty food and I also use a LOT of salt. YUM and unhealthy, I know!#1 task – eliminate unhealthy fats (working on it) :(Though I do also use a lot of onions, tomatoes, ginger and extra virgin olive oil in my dishes. Wonder if just that will keep me inflammation safe??

An interesting diet
After reading this book, I realized how little I knew about foods (in general), and the pros and cons some elements do have, and how they can affect our regular diet. I saw this book on a special Amazon’s promotion, and decided to buy it because, during this last weeks, some diseases have been around my town and I wanted to prevent any bad things for my family and me. I learned a lot about food, and the combinations and possibilities to create an effective diet to fight against possible illnesses. Moreover, as I’m a professional soccer player, I think this will help me maintain a positive, healthy state; and in case on injuries, it will give me what are the best combinations to treat myself in order to play as soon as possible.

Good Read
This is a grand source for anyone looking to decrease inflammation throughout their body. It explains chronic inflammation in your body in terms any one can understand. It also explains what foods we should avoid to decrease the inflammation. This book explains so much material that you need to know to live a healthy lifestyle and remove inflammation. The anti inflammatory diet tips was awesome. The collections of recipes which was helpful to me. The author describes about this diet very clearly. Now I think, my energy level is great, as well, and I know now there are foods I need to avoid. thanks.

Practical advice to find inflamations in your body
Many serious illnesses that people have are preventable and can be controlled or treated if done the right way. The book shows that many of the foods that we are supposed to eat help to fight many of the common illnesses that seem to take over people's lives. Fruits like pineapple and banana are good sources of vitamins and minerals, as are many vegetables. I appreciate the fact that the book highlights the foods that we are to avoid, like those saturated with fats and sugar and gluten. There are many recipe recommendations in the book for all the meals of the day that are healthy and aid in combating inflammations in the body..If you want to live a healthier life, especially if you suffer from ailments like diabetes and hypertension, read the book. You have nothing to lose.

Beneficial book!
This has proven steps and strategies on how to fight inflammation, discomfort & disease through food and natural remedies.I especially liked Chapter 5 because it includes a diet plan that is honestly very helpful, I tell you.I recommend this read because personally it has helped me in some of my health issues and it has a great deal for me. I hope this book also benefits you same as me.

But we did not know which meals are more useful for that
As time passed our body need more trong immune system to fight off the diseases caused by it. Our diet play an important rule in protecting our body from different discease. But we did not know which meals are more useful for that. Then this book is a complete guide that teach about diets which can strong our immune system. I am very happy that this book really help me. I recommend this book to everyone.
