This pan is fantastic! I've always liked cast iron but could never quite buy into the notion of just wiping out the pan. Frankly, most cast iron pans are disgusting. But not anymore! This pan combines all the benefits of cast iron with the ease and simplicity of a non-stick pan. And unlike cast iron, you really can just wipe this pan clean and give it a quick rinse. Love it!

I've used this pan a couple of times. So far, it is great. Even heating, easy to clean, and non-stick. It has a good weight to it, and is a good size for doing eggs for one person, or making a toasted cheese sandwich, that kind of thing. I happened to have a lid that fit this, which is good. I think that it not having any sort of lid was a bummer to me. Also, I will note that I haven't tried them, but it did come with 4 recipe cards that I thought were nice.

Now I can cook eggs with no problem. They don't stick to the pan. It is easy to clean and it comes with clear instructions. I wish they had other color options.

Disappointed if this is supposed to be a commercial product designed to be used in a restaurant kitchen as it is advertised. I personally would not want to be the chef using it for a full shift day in and day out. The main handle is much too short to balance and manipulate properly. Otherwise it appears to be well constructed and finished and will serve when I need a heavy pan to go from the cooktop to the oven for Shepherds Pie, Goulash, Stuffed Cabbage and the like. It would also have been nice if it was supplied with silicone grips for the handles, or available separately.

Last thing I needed was another pan... I thought!I just didn't have the right pan, because I LOVE this little skillet!Tried this small size with a "like new - had been opened" item Amazon purchase offered under the regular new listing for the brand new items.Skillet and packaging all in perfect condition, contained sealed instructions and recipes, item packed just like a new one would be.Glad to save some money on this item that I wasn't sure I'd like.I choose grey and that will go well with bright, tropical colors I use. It has a good weight to it. Hand wash only. It cleans up so easy, that isn't a problem for me - and I sure don't like washing dirty pots and pans...or any other dishes! Ended up not only cooking up my 2 egg omelette for today's breakfast, but went ahead and cooked up 6 more individual servings to freeze for future tortilla wrap egg breakfasts. YUM!Since like was on a roll....I sauteed an onion that I needed to use. Added a bit of BBQ sauce and a few hot dogs (a rare guilty pleasure) that will be improved with a pan fry. Those will be perfect for me with a pot of black beans I had already cooked up yesterday! Woo-Hoo!I'm pretty happy getting all that done in a 7.5" pan in under a hour this morning! But I'm absolutely THRILLED the pan was spotless with just a swipe of a paper towel - before I wash it for real later.Only thing better than cooking foods you enjoy, is EASY clean up! Of course it's brand new,and I hope it continues to be so satisfactory! If so, I will definitely replace some of my existing stainless skillets with larger DASH skillets. *Before taking one on a "test drive" be sure to have a *silicone or other (dry) heat-proof handle grip*, non-stick friendly cooking utensils, and a pan lid if you'll need one when you're cooking will be helpful too. 😉

This thing is amazing. Well made, with a very nice finish inside and outside of pan. The thin lip of the pan is not left uncoated, as you can see in many of the cheaper brand pans. Glad I went with this one over some of the cheaper looking ones.Cooking in it is almost a dream. Fried a ribeye and two eggs over medium (same time), to christen it. Those eggs slid right out.Going to go look for a dutch oven and see if I can get a sale price on one of those as well.

Die Pfanne habe ich viel im Gebrauch ,weil ich alles darin zubereiten kann . Auf dem Herd oder im Backofen .Die Qualität ist prima .Bin sehr damit zitieren .
