I ordered this as it was recommended by my Xerox Service Tech for trouble shooting line/dots settings. This unit does require "2" AA batteries and works very well - the built-in light definitely helps too!

I use this to check my cards before I send them to be graded.

Product is a good product. Button is very sensitive and is easy to change light or turn off on accident. But overall wrks as intended.

These view best when the base is on or very near the object you want to see.Light is bright.My Wife liked mine so I just got her one.

When I ordered....I really didn't look the product over that well ?When I got it...1st thing I done was plugged in the USB to charge ? (NO BATTERIES )I was very surprised it has an ultraviolet lightfor spotting those we don't talk about LOL

I bought this item (Handheld 10X Magnifier Loupe Optical Glass Magnifying Glass with Light Scale Magnifying Jewelry...) in mid-June, months before I needed it. I put brand new batteries in it today (early August) and it doesn't work. Upon requesting a return, Amazon denied my request. So, not only does this product suck, so does Amazon's return policy. I will never purchase an item from Amazon again and I am canceling my Amazon Prime account and anything that is linked to Amazon in my home.Adios Amigos!

I use this almost daily at work as I service printing equipment and I find this tool invaluable. Ive had customer purchase their own as well the illumination works fantastic and it has a timed auto shut off feature to protect the batteries.

Comes in very handy. I use it every day for sports cards
