Kitchenova Mini Silicone Tongs Set of 3 (purple, orange and red), 7-Inch

These mini tongs are so handy and useful to have! My husband and I love them and use them for everything. They are very good quality and the colors are very vibrant and happy! They certainly add color to our kitchen. I like the lock feature on the handle, which makes their storage much easier. They have very good grip and are very sturdy. I like the small size ones better and they fit my needs more than the larger ones that I've used before that seem to be too big and bulky to use. However I would not use them in very high heat cooking, like grilling, because they are not make of heat resistant silicone and will probably melt if they are exposed to direct heat.

I use these tongs frequently & find them very useful! Initially, when I first ordered, I always put them in my dishwasher silverware basket to clean. After several washings, the silicone split & fell off the locking ring& the hinge mechanism dropped off🥲

Great for serving at the table. I was hoping that they would be a little more substantial, but they are perfect for the party table.

I purchased this set of 3, 7" mini "silicone" stainless steel tongs as a part of a gift for someone. What interested me to this listing was that it claimed they were silicone. Once received it became obvious right away that the tongs were *not* silicone, but a kind of hard plastic. I was also happy with the low price.What I received were exactly what I paid for: what seemed to me like a cheap reproduction (minus the silicone) of the nicer (heavier) other versions.These were very light and just the shipping caused 1 to be bend and twisted in a way that mishaped it way out of the tong shape. I was able to re-bend it back into the tong shape. It only take a very minimal force to "reshape" them again.As I previously mentioned, they are *not* silicone. They are plastic. Probably fine if using to just pick up appetizers, but when the advertising states silicone...they need to be silicone.The low price was nice. I received 3 and they came in 1 red, 1 purple, 1 yellow. (Plastic tips with metal stalks)It's best to know ahead of time that they are NOT silicone, and are rather cheaply made (can be bent out of shape VERY easily), but for the price are good to use as appetizer tongs, etc.

I needed smaller tongs and these were the perfect size. I’ve put them through the dishwasher several times and they’ve held up perfectly.

the item is very flimsy and warps very easily.. its very difficult to hold anything that has any weight.. its great for cotton balls but not for daily use. Its also not made of silicone, the tip is made of hard plastic... If any silicone was used, must be very minimal.I have similar tongs which are 100x sturdier and made of soft silicone.very disappointing.. on top of that, Amazon wont let me return this garbage.

Put these in gift baskets they were a big hit! Perfect smaller size.
