Wasn't sure what I was getting when you order a hat like this online. Found it to be very comfortable and when it was warm my head stayed cool.

Nice hat seems to run a little big but came with foam inserts to help with fit.So the test will come this summer.

My husband loves this hat! Specially wanted it because he works at a Golf Course.The hat fit him perfectly and it is light and comfortable and protects him from the hot sun all day. And it is washable too! 5 stars!!

Good quality hat but the brim is too small if you are looking for sun protection.Returned it and will buy a DHC brand hat with a 3" brim.

So, they make a hat, fill it with cardboard shape holders but then stuff it in a plastic bag to mail. It arrives crushed, creased and disfigured. I was warned this was a frequently returned item and I can see why. A little care in shipping would resolve that. How hard is it to put a hat in a box? Another note, although it is stitched well and heavy materials, the crown is off center from the brim. The brim has seams on each side that are an inch forward on the right, an inch aft on the left from center. Then again, what can you expect from Shri Lanka?I like the fit, the style and over-all concept. I used steam and hot water to get the creases out of the mesh but it will never be the shape it should be. I reshaped the brim to make it "appear" centered. I decided to keep it but be forewarned, they car not what happens to your hat after they ship it, and it shows. I should get paid for my part in the manufacturing process.
