BUNDLE: includes 1 addi Knitting Needle FlexiFlips 2 Squared Long Double Pointed White-Bronze Blue Cord 12 inch (20cm) (Set of 3) Size US 2.75mm and 10 Artsiga Crafts Stitch Markers; each Artsiga Crafts locking stitch marker measures approximately .9" x .5" closed and comes in fun and bright assorted colors. CONSTRUCTION: addi Flexiflips 2 Squared combination slightly rounded squared edges and a uniquely textured tip surface that promotes positive ergonomics when in use, reducing tension; needles sit perfectly in the hand and can be held effortlessly especially beneficial to those who may struggle with grip issues; these needles were created for precise knitting given the aggressively tapered tips, sharp points and ultra pliable blue cords and snag-free joins. BENEFITS: Not only does the surface of the Flexiflips 2 Squared promote comfort while knitting, users will quickly realize that stitches stay on the needle, where they belong (think of it as a no-slip tip); thanks to the texture’s spacing, you will experience perfectly even stitches every time; the addi Flexiflips 2 Squared needles can be gauged on your addi needle gauge just like their rounded cousins. WHITE-BRONZE FINISH: Original Nickel-plated finish has been replaced by white bronze finish which offers a brighter appearance and incomparable zip but without some of the skin sensitivity concerns associated with nickel plating; white bronze is extremely resistant to tarnish and corrosion making addi circular needles even better than before.

Easier sock knitting
This innovative design makes sock knitting easier, since there are fewer needles to juggle and the yarn stays on these needles better than on the slicker versions from Addi. My only complaint for both version of these needles is the highly reflective surface - I experience glare from my task light that makes it hard to see what I'm doing.

Addi 5 inch FlexFlips 2 Squared Ergonomic DPN.
I purchased these triple needles with excitement. I had tried the same kind but shorter needles, but my larger hands, (71/2 gloves) were unable to work with those needles. Using the 5 inch needles was like using a set of double pointed needles. Back to 24 inch circular needles, both squared or plain. Kept them anyway, perhaps for some other use.

Fabulous!!!!
Wow! I didn’t know these even existed! I bought this type of needle when they very first came out, had to order them from Europe. They were too short for my hands so I put them away. Recently while making a pair of socks with an intricate pattern I couldn’t use the usual 4 dpn so ended up doing magic loop, which is so fiddly and time consuming, all that pushing and pulling. A friend told me about these, I love love love them. These are my new sock needles.

Pretty good, but I'm not sure they are worth the $
As described, but I'm still not sure they are an improvement over the dpns I've been using. I do like the tube they come in. I with the tips were a little sharper.

Where have these been all my life????
I’m screaming fast with DPNs but BUT….In the car, on an airplane - if you drop one of those puppies - they’re rolling under the seat or down the aisle … and there you are … on your hands & knees scrabbling around trying to grab that danged thing. These ergonomic loooong flips are very easy to use and I have yet to lose one or drop a stitch off the end of needle.I have a friend who hates these and thinks I’m nuts for liking them so I recognize that we each have our own preferences. The good thing about Amazon is that you can pretty much painlessly try these and return them if they don’t work for you.
