Customer service is extremely poor. If there is a problem, be prepared to duke it out or forfeit a big chunk of change. I am sorry to have to post this, but it is what it is.

Product changes
Note: my Dragonfly was ordered directly from the Rio Mobility.According to the Rio Mobility director of sales and marketing, "our new and improved Dragonfly model now has a 12" wheel." The online specs and videos have not yet been updated to reflect the product change but, before you buy, note that you may receive a 12" wheel with a shorter wheel fork than the 16" wheel currently advertised. The director says the change makes it lighter weight and better for traveling. Although it is claimed that "it works the same," obviously a smaller wheel will require a bit more effort to go as far. The shorter wheel fork also changes the height and angle of connectors. I have not used mine long enough to know if it is a 5-star product but the unexpected product switch was disappointing.
