The XpandaHose is well made and comes with a holder to hang the hose, a storage bag, and a nozzle with ten settings. The hose is light weight and flexible and carries a lifetime warranty. It expands as it fills with water and won't kink because I use the hose holder that simply hooks on the water bib coming from my house. When I developed a leak in the XpandaHose, I emailed the company and they responded immediately with simple instructions for replacement. I followed the instructions and quickly received a personal email from John who said my replacement was on the way. I appreciate a company who stands behind their product. I would definitely purchase this product again.

This Water house is amazing. Light weight, strong and stretches to nearly twice its length. No kinking and comes with a hanger that can easily be attached to the house or stored in a nice bag which is included.

The hose is fine, the sprayer head not so much. It can’t be locked open - i’ve tried everything, and it leaks badly where it screws on. I’ve added tape, but a simple washer would have helped.

I have purchased two of these (75 foot and 100 foot). My wife needs to do a lot of hand watering in both our front yard and flower/vegetable garden. She gets tired of lugging heavy standard hoses around and finds these very handy. They also come with good multi-spray pattern nozzles and simple plastic hangers, so the hose is easy to coil and hang after draining and shrinking in length. Only had them for the current season. They are advertised as having a lifetime warranty. For most hoses, if you get 10 years, you are doing great and if you get 5 years, it is average. I always drain them for the winter season and store them covered and out of the weather. The biggest enemy is sunlight and mechanical damage from things like mowers. Most hoses tend to fail around the end fittings. I think it would be hard to replace the fittings on these.

Once I figured out to contact them, they replied in less than five miinutes. They are sending me a replacement and were very helpful. The hose itself (150 foot) is a masterpiece of engineering. I can reach everything in my yard without re-attaching the hose at another outlet. When I turn the water off and relieve the pressure in the hose it shrinks up to a very managable package, light and durable. Thank you Xpandahose, J&B AND Mr. Spellman !!!!!

DEFECTIVE GARDEN HOSEI bought this hose at the close of 2024 with the expectation of using it in the spring 2025. The hose, did perform as advertised in the sense that it was easy to handle and move about and contracted as expected when the water was turned off, however the hose did leak. I contacted the manufacturer immediately and explain the circumstance. They gave me no problem at all telling me that they would replace the hose. They did not have a 150 ft hose in stock at the moment but agreed to send me a 100-ft hose and to follow with a second shipping of the 150 ft model as soon as it came in. To their credit I did receive the 100-ft hose in the mail within a week. It's only been 2 weeks and expect that a 150 ft hose will probably be coming my way shortly. So they get exceptional marks as far as I'm concerned with regard to customer service expecting that the second hose will arrive. I have yet to use the new 150 ft hose but will do so shortly. I hope that it's durability outperforms what may have been just a defective hose that I originally purchased. I will gladly update this review after I use the hose and after the new one has arrived. This explains the three-star review, which reflects the lack of durability or imperfection in the first house but the excellent customer service and response to my problem.

I love this hose. So much easier to maneuver around my large, hilly yard. It is very light weight, does not tangle and is easy to store, and comes with a great spray nozzle, a storage bag and holder. I bought several of those types of hoses from other companies, but they all ended up leaking after just a few months of use. This one did eventually also after 2 and a half years. I contacted the company J&B since they give lifetime warranty, they responded immediately asking for documentation. I did, and again, immediate response and new hose on the way. They said they are constantly upgrading the quality of their hoses. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and service. I only wish there was a way to fix the hose, rather than having to dispose of it.
