River2Sea WPL130/10 Whopper Plopper

I caught some great stripers on this bait. Works as advertised an fish wouldn’t leave it alone.

No idea if it catches black bass, but it should. Know it catches Rockfish in the Chesapeake. (other places call them striped bass, but they mostly come from here and the indigenous people named them rockfish because you mostly caught them around oyster rock reefs.) Even works in light chop and wind though rain damps it a bit. Biggest so far was a mid 30s inch but can't wait to try it on a 40+ inch fish fattened for winter. Rarely fouls even when cast long distance in wind as long as you avoid end over end. Works to raise fish at multiple speeds without deflections in the water spoiling presentation even at high speed retrieve.
