Does not slip when carrying out moves such as down dog
The mat is comfortable to use but like many other comments a carrying handle would have been a benefit.The item turned up before the date said which was great

Slippery surface
I have had a Warrior#1 for over 10 years, so I thought I would buy an additional mat, but the #2 has a very slippery surface thst makes it quite dangerous!
