A great help for my therapy

Solid exercise mat with compliant surface for rehab and PT--came lightning quick!
I'm in physical therapy and needed something with a compliant surface. Amazon had several options, but I chose this item because it's simple, doesn't need inflating, and I could get it in 1-day. It arrived today and is sturdy (excellent for my 6' 4" frame), solid, and specifically built for rehab and PT. Count me super pleased!

This balance pad is solidly made.
I was impressed with the balance pad that is used by my physical therapist. It looks a lot like this one that I purchased on Amazon. It is similar but falls a bit short. It has very good and firm foam and provides a balance challenge. I only wish it was a little bit bigger because my size 16 shoes barely fit onto the pad.I'd like more room. But, it does have an attractive price point. Anyway, this pad does function and I am enhancing my balance while healing up.

When you get something because you just are curious & have an intuitive feeling ur onto something but don't know exactly what. I got these mostly for one thing I had in mind, an impulse buy actually, but I also curious about how they would feel & actually perform. How did it work out ? Like I just grew a third arm, even though I wasn't originally intending to. I HATE kneeling on the floor to do ANYTHING. That's what I really got these for, originally. And though that's still the #1 use of them they're a really convenient size, thickness, and you'll find a ton of uses you never realized until you have some. Also a great tool in transitioning from outpatient physical therapy to living independently. It got me back on my feet, again, literally!!!

Great for balance practice
I use this pad daily for a 5-6 minutes to practice balance and stability. I wish the size was an inch bigger to allow for more foot positions. But, it is a good value for the price.
