We moved to Virginia from the Hudson Valley area of New York. We frequented Woodstock Chimes when they had their warehouse sales. Their products are expertly made and have the best sounds of any chimes. They were wonderful gifts with enough variety to meet any need or budget. It was great to be able to get the same quality through Amazon. Already our backyard has a beautiful sound. Quality is superior.

Love Woodstock wind chimes, I have several. My neighbors on either side of me love my chimes so much that they got their own and our whole block sounds lovely when the wind blows. I got this particular one for my mom, she loves it and I expect it to last many years as mine have for me. I live in a place where it rains 3/4th of the year and I’ve had my chimes over 5+ years now and showing no wear on the strings despite being in the weather full time.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this wind chime to replace the exact same wind chime that had seen its final days. I believe the previous windchime lasted about 5+ years, it was the same brand, same style, etc. I loved the sound so much that I wanted to purchase the exact same one. The price here on Amazon was cheaper than the in-store price of $55.Pros:* The wind chimes are just absolutely beautiful sounding when the wind blows* Sturdy, I would say 5 years is a decent amount of time for a windchime to last* The weight is wood* Great priceThe reason I had to replace the wind chime is the ropes tying the wind chimes to the base eventually wore down after being in the elements and I started losing wind chimes. But again 5 years is a good amount of time before it started to do this.I mentioned that the weight is wood, this is very important depending on where you hang your wind chime. As you can see from my photos mine is close to my house. Years ago I would purchase beautiful-looking windchimes that had a glass weight. Inevitably the weight would hit the house too hard and break.I highly recommend this wind chime if your main goal is beautiful-sounding wind chimes.
