I bought this for my 7 month old Rottweiler, who is now close to 120 lbs, and he LOVES it. He was always hot even if it wasn’t hot outside and was wanting cooler surfaces other than carpet. So I broke down and bought the largest one for $70. I thought I was wasting my money but I was wrong. It’s lays out pretty flat and u can use either side (so not a fluffy bed or anything) which makes it less likely for him to chew on and perfect to cool him off, which is all I needed. When I first got it I only let him use it if I was around and picked it up when I wasn’t, so he wouldn’t eat it. It’s been about 2 months and I just leave it down now, it’s not a trip hazard or anything so we can just walk across it if it’s in the middle of the floor. No rips in it so far but if it would rip (not by him chewing it) I’m sure I could repair it with a vinyl patch/tape. It does clean up easily with just a wet rag.

Quality seemed good and the product really is cool to the touch. I would recommend this if your dog will lay on it.I ended up returning it because our dog prefers to lay on the tile floor in the bathroom instead of this mat

Max is 14 yrs old dog with not much fat or muscles to support him. Usually his belly is so hot in summer with Air Condition on 24/7because he needs a soft filter between him and floor. So I was looking for something cooling mat for him. I was not sure whether I pay more than other products and get this mat for Max. Then, I ordered to try. If it doesn't work as the company says, I return the item. It came less than 48 hours, just in time -weather is getting hot. I pull out the mat, lay down Max. Within less than 10 mins so, Max belly is cool and he was sleeping. 👍👍highly recommended.

I’m really happy with this cooling mat! I have a Bernese Mountain Dog, and they get hot easily, especially in the warmer months. Since getting this mat, he’s been so much more comfortable. He sleeps better than ever on it. It stays cool to the touch it gives him a cozy, cooling spot to relax. The material is durable, easy to clean, and doesn’t slide around. If you have a large, heat-sensitive breed, this is a must-have!

We bought one for our doggie when she was still a puppy and it’s amazon basics. However, it’s no longer sold. We needed a bigger size and this one came in today and was an immediate hit with the heat. Doggie went right to sleep on it. Hooray! Our last one had zero issues and we wiped it down with baby wipes or gentle antibacterial wipes, when needed. Our dog doesn’t scratch or chew her things, so I hope this one will be as good as our Amazon Basics one.

Having trouble getting my dog to use it. Maybe when it gets warmer, but it was delivered quickly and was large enough for my 30 lb doggy.

We have a 9 month Siberian Husky who has been using this for a couple of weeks in his crate to sleep at night. It's getting warmer in the house as the temps heat up and he definitely loves this - did not like his "cooling bed" with plush filling. It's clear his is much cooler on this - no panting. Today i found him going there while I was working in my office to say cool as the temp outside is in the 70's so it's warmer for him. It's clear he likes the mat to keep cool.We are buying another one for our main floor to give him a place to keep cool and lay down there as well. NOTE: The reviews that complain the dog chewed it it ruined .... is that the product's fault? It states do not leave dog unattended with this mat as they can puncture it if you let them chew on it. Dogs will destroy many beds if they want to and an owner leaves them unattended. Nowhere does this advertise itself as an indestructible product - read directions, know your dog's tendencies and follow them vs. giving a product a negative rating that advertises not to leave it unattended.
