A Premium Smartwatch
Using it for 2 weeks now. Till now it's well and good. Using a smartwatch for the first time. Fitness tracking is almost accurate, not perfect though. GPS locking takes lot of time, sometimes I need to restart the device to get the GPS locked, even while I'm under clear sky. Sleep tracking is somewhat accurate.SPO2 monitoring is just a gimmick, always inaccurate, anyways I don't rely on the smartwatch for SPO2 monitoring anyday. It gives only an average value after sleeping and it's almost always 92-93 only. Anyways I've never heard a news that someone identified hypoxia using a smartwatch. So I don't believe in these gimmicks like SPO2, BP, ECG and all in a smartwatch (the latter two aren't there in this product). Better don't fall in to these things when you buy a smartwatch.Apart from the fitness features, notifications from phone are appropriately displayed on watch, you can reply to texts and whatsapp msgs, attend calls, Google asst works fine. The UI isn't perfect, there are occasional lags and glitches in UI.Battery life is good. I recharge only in 2-3 days, which was unexpected.Watch faces, are in plenty. Many are paid, especially the ones with AOD.3rd party apps aren't there in plenty, being a proprietary OS, unlike Google wear OS.I would have loved to have a native Torch toggle in the quick settings, as third party torch apps aren't perfect, even though they do the job.Overall, I would give it a 4 star rating. Look and feel being premium unlike the other cheap chinese counterparts. Good buy for arround 15k INR, not above that. And my product was made in Taiwan, not PRC.

Absolutely Worthless Product
Battery Life - max 2 days if you dont use at allAccuracy - keeps discomnecting from the phoneMusic controls - only for the 2 apps it has, one of which is not functional in indiaFeel - the belt is uncomfortable and caused some allergy on my handThis was an absolute worthless purchase. And there is no return policy!!!I already had an mi fit band, which was worth less than a third of what this costed. I bought this because people said this was a superior product, and you can wear it in professional settings as well because of its smartwatch look. This is 17000 rs down the drain. I am astounded how such a big fitness firm cant make halfway decent product, when MI has released a 20x superior product worth a third of cost! What a shame.

Great fitness tracking watch
A solid fitness watch with great features. Synchronisation with Fitbit app is good. Provides you with data on many health parameters including oxygen levels, RHRs, BPM, and skin temperature while sleeping. The watch takes a couple of days to analyze your activities and becomes more accurate with usage. This watch also has GPS, so you don't need to carry your mobile with you while working out. Overall, very satisfied with this buy.

Not a value for money : slow in wake response, poor watch faces, no tap-to-wake, poor app
It would have been a great smartwatch at 5K pricepoint. But when you pay close to 20K for this watch, you really have set your expectations high.Pro: good accuracy of heart rate, speed and distanceCon: the 'wake' functionality needs to improve significantly. I have to wave my arm multiple time for the watch to wake up. More annoying, it wakes only after pressing the (difficult to press) side button. It must have a tap to wake function. The mobile app is confusing. But has a lot of health features and charts that are helpful.Watchfaces - I could not find a factorymade watchface that covers all key stats and looks good too. There are third party faces that come at a cost.

Motivates you
First time fitbit user. Upgraded from Mi Band 5.Likes:1. Accurate as a fitness tracker (steps)2. It motivates you to perform better, as the fitbit community is strong3. Looks4. Fitbit app and watch faces are cool5. Battery life of about 4 days (with GPS once in day and no always on/ snore detection).6. Sleep tracking is good with the analytics (Premium feature).Dislikes1. The Bluetooth sync can be a miss at times, the notification or contact names are not coming through2. Heart Rate Monitor could be more accurate. Expected more from Fitbit. It is a hit or miss. At times when you don't wear fitbit, it shows high HR and results in wrong Active Zone Minutes3. Battery life is hardly a day if you enable all the watch features (GPS, always on, snore detection)4. The Daily Readiness Score isn't consistent. It is a Premium feature but there is little or no value add5. Doesn't automatically detect the power naps (less than 30 minutes)6. Most of the data is unusable or requires Premium membership. Would suggest you to go for Garmin ecosystem.
