2 X USGI SATS Self-Applied Tourniquet System CAT NSW DEVGRU CRYE LBT TQS MET

I was aiming for a ratcheting one as condoned by Alan Kay and couldn't find them for sale either on Amazon or UK first aid suppliers (I've since found them) I saw these and thought I'd give them a punt. They're too bulky, they feel a bit A Team'y, like someone's been to a hardware shop and put it together with off the shelf components. They kind of work but I'd have a little niggle of apprehension if I was using them in a real world scenario.
