I actually really like this product because it just keeps things so organized. Sometimes we hand-wash dishes, and sometimes we use the dishwasher, but either way, it's great for wet dishes that need alittle extra drying time. The water drops into the red bin, and flows out of the little drain and into the sink. It's actually fairly big too, which is nice because it can hold alot of dishes at once. And the little holder that is designed specifically for utensils can actually detach and you can move it around to fit where ever you'd like for it to be. This particular one only comes in red, I believe, which was perfect because our kitchen is decorated in a red, grey, and yellow-type color scheme. I know there are others on Amazon though if this one doesn't quite do it for ya.

I just received this today. It fits great for where I need it. You do have to have it just over your sink, so if you're sink is not flush with your countertop, you will need to keep it there. The drain board underneath is suitable, but is a thin plastic. The only problem I have with this is they needed to spray it a couple more times with the coating. I tried to post pictures but could not for some reason. Anyways, there is metal showing through and three spots that they did not cover. if you look closely you can see the metal through the thin coating that's on there. I would not recommend nicking it with anything sharp. Even though I paid more than $15 it's about all it's worth. We'll see how long it lasts. Very hard to buy things when you can't see them in a store. Would I buy this again, no. With improvements it would be a great dish rack

I really wanted a drain that dripped water from the side instead of the short end. Unfortunately, I have a 'lip' around my sink, and this item just doesn't drain. The feet are not high enough to compensate for the lip. Even if I raise the back feet to tilt it, the water still pools in the tray.

the size was EXACTLY what I was looking for BUT I did send it back! I needed something skinny and long just like this but the downfall was that is it completely flat. There is no elevation on the back end to help the water go towards the spout so it would not drain. I also have a lip on my sink and it does not work well with this kind of sink because even if you are ok with lifting the back end to help it drain, it just collects on the lip of the sink and just gets all over the counter. I needed something simple that's just too much hassle for a dish drainer.

For an inexpensive dish drainer, it's great. Plastic is not very dense. Made for the type of sink in the photo, no sink edge or lip, otherwise you will need to raise the tray on the opposite side of the drain area in order for water to drain effectively.

This turned out to be perfect!!! I needed a larger drain board/drainer that deposited water from the side, because of the shape and size of my counter, and this did it perfectly. For those with a lip around their sink, do what I did, place that edge on the lip. There's still enough angle for the water to drain into the sink.

Design seems a little odd. The tray is long with the "drain" area on one side and it seems to be too small. The water gathers in one corner and you have to support the opposite side with something under the tray to have the water drain at all. I used chair felt pads. The utensil holder is kinda useless. It kept flipping out of the rack. We just took it out. Probably won't be keeping it, hassle to return or I'd send it back. I really need to fix my dishwasher...

I just received it and it seemed a little odd the way it's designed in terms of practicality. So I grabbed a few plates and inserted them (the slots are some type of hard plastic or metal) and wow, was I happy!! GREAT product and as far as I'm concerned when it comes to this item in particular, that company which starts with the "letter R" can't even come close in design and quality to this. If you're on the fence about purchasing this, my advice to you is just order it!!

Don't buy very cheap quality when I got it was damaged n Amazon refused to replace it. Price is too high for that cheap product.
