No one will notice.-Pretty thin material, we’ll see how it holds up over timeWe finally added barstools to our kitchen counter and got them used online. They were in great condition structurally, but the cloth had a stain or two and they needed to be updated. Luckily I thought to look for seat covers here before I tried reupholstering them. These bad boys worked like a charm. I actually unscrewed the seat portion of the bar stools, cleaned them, and then put the cover on. After that, I reattached them and made sure to put the screws through the cloth as I screwed them back in. I did this because I’m hoping the screws, as well as the metal frame the seat is pinned against, keeps them from sliding around as people sit on them. My parents used to get couch covers and they were damn near impossible to keep on once you’d sat on them 2-3 times, so I’m hoping this is an easy fix for that. So far, they haven’t slipped at all! Looks like I had them professionally redone. ONLY bad thing I would say is that they’re really thin, jersey-knit style cloth and, more importantly, the color isn’t a perfect match, at least not the beige ones. Also, we almost immediately sent them back because when they aren’t stretched out, they had a pinkish-salmon hue, as you can see in one of my photos. In that photo, I have a seat cover stretched out on the barstool and one sitting on top as a comparison. As you can see, the color looks odd until you stretch out the fabric. So don’t freak out if you get them like this, try them on first. Anyway, I’d definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a cheap, good lucking update.

This is the easiest fix for peeling or torn stool cushions. The material is not tacky at all but a very nice, soft fabric. The cover hugs the cushion very tightly and isn’t loose so it doesn’t look like a cover. Highly recommended if you love your stools but hate that they are damaged.

I wanted to give a color lift to my kitchen bar stools. These were super easy to install and very stretchy, fit my 17in cushion stool perfect. The material is thin as the other reviews state. But not thin where you can see the actual seat color. I got the red color. In the pictures the color looks red, but it's more of a red burgundy color (slighty darker than color on my picture). Love the color. The material feels so soft. Can't say if it washes easy as I've not washed these yet. We have all sat on these and the covers have stayed put so far. Love how these gave it a pop of color.*UPDATE*I've had these covers for over a year. They wash very easily. I wash and let air dry and I want to preserve them. I bought more colors so I can change them based on the Season. So I use the burgundy/red color for Chritsmas time. Yellow for Spring/Summer and the Orange for the Fall. The actual stool color is a dark tan. So far with all the different cover colors I bought, I cannot see the actual seat color. I'm still loving these covers.

I couldn't believe that 4 covers could be in the tiny box I received, but they were! They are super thin--like thin underwear. And it barely fit the seat. I had to stretch it super tight. It looked okay when I got it on the seat, but I don't think this is going to last very long. Just too thin and on the small side of the measurement given.

Fit easily and securely on our stools. The black looks nice and you would never know they are covers. I have not tried washing them yet.

Perfect. Can’t say enough about these covers. Our bar stools look new again. Purchased another set for backup.
