Ted Nugent - Full Bluntal Nugity Live

WARNING!!! Ted Nugent must not be a "ROCK STAR." He doesn't read prophetic words from a teleprompter! I guess I gave myself away by now. This is in response to the leftist reviews out there that say the "Nuge" sucks. First, this DVD is a very good represntation of "Uncle Ted!" He rocks his best hits with passion at a sold out crowd as usuall. Secondly, if you are a leftist then you know he's going to poke at you, so don't even think of bringing "The Motor City Madman" in to your home. On this DVD Ted literally pokes fun at the beautiful one Janet Reno, and the Nuge shows some of his "Right wing extremism" by shooting weapons between some of his songs. In my opinion, this DVD has excellent video, and not bad audio at all. I bought a used Full Bluntal......, and now I'm going to buy a new one and give the worn out one to a leftist friend. Bottom line? If your older and you know of the Nuge then this is for you. If you are younger, and never heard of the Nuge then it would be worth checking out, and if you don't like it then you can give it to one of your leftist (see Eccl 10:2) friends!

Just knowing that Ted is in his fifties and still playin' guitar and rockin' like a bad-a## warms my heart. Ted has got the rock-n-roll attitude and it comes on strong in this DVD!There is full concert footage, where Ted and his band just play their little hearts out, and there is some older stuff, like a television appearence of The Amboy Dukes from the sixties(Ted's first major band) There's also a cool clip of him rehearsing with his band. Also--this is kinda cool--there's a clip of TED PLAYING A SLOW ELECTRIC BLUES SONG AT HIS MANAGER'S WEDDING. Being a huge electric blues fan, I salivated watching and listening to Ted jam out the blues!!This DVD is pure Ted Nugent. Invite over a bunch of rock-n-roll friends, grill some meat in your backyard, and rock to this DVD.

Ted talks too much and doesnt focus enough on what made him great. Too many F-bombs dropped in thid DVD. I saw him live and loved the show. I dont recall it being like this DVD. Anyway he rocks and the quality of sound and picture is good.

I have over 40 rock DVD's and this one smokes all the rest. Nobody plays with such intensity and nobody rocks you like Ted. The start of the concert will blow you away and make you laugh really hard, it's a surprise I won't ruin. Drummer Tommy Clufetos and bassist Marco Mendoza are on fire, they have to be, to be able to keep up with Ted. Stormtroopin', Hey Baby, Cat Scratch Fever, and Stranglehold are some of the highlghts. The bonus songs from Cal Jam II show Ted at his best in the 70's. This DVD will rock your world, a must for Ted Nugent fanatics!!!!Michael A Alcini - Las Vegas

This would have been a fantastic dvd, show wise, The problem was that I had to send both of my copyies back to Amazon due to the fact that disc 2 was a bad pressing from the factory, this disc stuck on numerous times on different dvd players, I had a friend even try it on his players with the same result, a total shame , great white buffalo and fred bear, 2 of my favorites, Im sure uncle Ted would not be happy to know that after his hard work and great effort to put out what was looking like a fantastic dvd set this was the end result, I would love to give this a 3rd try if they could get it right, On a more positive note the people at Amazon did a great job handleing the issues of the poor pressings and giving me my hard earned money back, Thank You Amazon, its always a little easier when people are so prompt and caring when their is a problem, this is the first time Ive ever had an issue with quality and I will give Amazon a 5 on their rating... Even if your not a big fan of Ted You gotta see this. He rocks. He puts on a show like other rockers ( Alice Cooper, Kiss) with a lot of theatrics. The difference is Ted can back it all up with great guitar playing. Yeah, he's crazy as a loon but you gotta love his brutal honesty. Ted gets my vote for president any time. At least you know when he says something he isnt "bull sh-tt-n". Its what he believes. I would go to one of his shows any day.
