MAKES A GREAT GIFT! I HAVE ORDERED 7 THIS YEAR. JUST PAY ATTENTION TO DELIVERY DATE...SOME COLORS TAKEW A LOT LONGER TO SHIP.I HAVE TWO ON MY DECK..THEY STAY OUT YEAR AROUND AND BOTH ARE 3 YEARS OLD.

Over a period of a couple of months I purchased several of these lanterns. They really add a beauty to my garden and are basically maintenance free. I recently had a problem with the latest one I purchased and it was just over a month and couldn’t return it. I contacted the seller who referred me to Amazon product support. They provided me with Allsop customer support. I explained the problem I was having with the lantern and without any hassle they sent a replacement. I’m shocked!!! In this day and age I can’t believe there is still a thread of decency. Hats off to Allsop and Amazon for their leadership in customer support

I received immediate help from Allsop and they replaced the first lantern that went bad. So I was happy, then a second lantern got moisture in the case. They did send me a new battery case but impossible to install for me. So I will see if I can find someone to help replace

Addendum…I did have an issue with two of these beautiful lanterns lights, contacted customer service and they responded the same day and fixed the problem. Great customer service. Don’t see that so often these days so I am very pleased.Absolutely beautiful lanterns, appears not cheaply made, I hung it outdoors in sun for a day and brought in at night….bad weather here in nys…and hung in the bathroom where it’s dark, stayed lit from 5p till 230ish am. However, I know these things come pre charged so that can be deceiving at first, the true test will be once I can hang outside to charge again in nicer weather. I ordered 3 for my porch that I have new railings on so I can sit out with my dogs and enjoy the beauty of these. a bit pricy but I hope worth the money. They cast a beautiful lacy glow to whatever is around it, just gorgeous. Very easy to assemble, all you need to hang and enjoy and love the turn off switch for winter storage.
