Along with these compounds napthaquinones are also present. Some of the important napthaquinones present are alkannin, acetylalkanin, angelylalkannin, 5-methoxyangenylalkannin, dimethylacryl alkannin, arnebifuranone, alkanfuranol and alkandiol.
