Totally worth it for its price
One thing I’ve noticed (and I think this is pretty common with noise-cancelling headphones in general), there’s a faint background hiss or ventilation-type noise when using ANC in a really quiet environment. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of if you're expecting total silence. Furthermore, it's weird that we have a NC button on the left that basically does the same thing as the touch control on the right, both just switch between noise-cancellation, normal and transparency mode. Why have both for the same thing? It also has a 3.5mm headphone jack, though many newer phones don’t support it anymore for years now, so not everybody can benefit from it like me.Some reviews I saw said the build feels cheap, but honestly, I disagree. I think people might be comparing it to way more expensive brands or have higher expectations that what the product can promise. On its own terms, the Q30 feels solid and comfortable. The ear cups are soft and fit well, and I can wear them for hours without discomfort. The sound is great, especially if you enjoy a bit of extra bass, which is awesome for music with deep low-end. As for the noise cancellation, I personally just stick with transport mode most of the time, it somehow feels more effective or balanced than the others, at least to my ears. The others work too, but there’s just something about transport mode that feels better.Im overall very satisfied with it, would definitely recommend it for those who don't want to spend hundreds.

Noise-Cancelling Headphones
These headphones are great! They look nice and feel sturdy, but they’re still lightweight enough that I can wear them for hours without my ears hurting. Connecting with Bluetooth was super easy, and the buttons are simple to figure out (volume control etc). The sound is clear at any volume, and the noise cancelling was a lifesaver on my flight... it blocked out almost all the engine noise so I could just relax and enjoy music and films. Totally worth it!

Great sound, some frustrations though.
THE GOOD:* Sound: For casual use, the sound is great. They're not designed for accuracy, so if you're making music there are better options for that, but for listening on the go or watching Netflix etc, they are superb.* Battery life: The battery life is astounding. It's not unusual for me to use these for 4-10 hours a day for various reasons, but I only have to charge it every 10 days or so. Really impressed.* Comfort: They are exceptionally comfortable.THE BAD:* Off button: Aaarrrgh, this is unbelievable. They turn on very easily, but for some bizarre reason it often takes two or three attempts of holding down the power button with no response before they finally turn themselves off. I haven't worked out the reason.* Touch control: This isn't really Bad as much as it is frustrating. At first, this is awesome, particularly when out walking. If you need to be more aware of your surroundings, touch the right pad and you're in transparency mode. Another touch and you're back into noise cancellation mode. This is the gimmick I was telling people about when I first got them. It's awesome. Cut to months down the line and any action you do that touches or brushes the pad will cut the sound off entirely so the headphone announcer can say "transparency". This happens when laying in bed, stretching or working certain routines at the gym, reaching for something, etc. I probably accidentally activate it more often than doing it on purpose these days, and each time it interrupts my music, podcast or show which can be very frustrating.THE UGLY:* Ear pads: the quality is really lacking here. I've just ordered some replacement ear pads having not realised until yesterday that that's even a thing. I was just living with it. Within four or five months, the pads split (plenty of photos have been posted about this), exposing the off white foam beneath which looks awful. Hopefully the replacements will last. Without the replacement, this review would have been a solid 3 stars.SUMMARYBasically great headphones. For the price they're especially good. My nitpicks are mostly just that and won't affect a lot of users, so I'd say go for it. Just expect to replace the ear pads before long.

Brilliant headphones
For the money these are fantastic...great sound...effective noise cancelling....comfy....great companion app. 5 out of 5...I paid 45 pounds. Perfect . Super easy to set up aswell. Only very minor thing is they sound loud from outside when partners has them on...I can hear the beats ! But only at full volume. Not losing a mark for this as we don't have to use full volume with noise cancelling on anyway.
