Beautiful jacket, it runs small so I ordered another that was one size up and kept the first one to give as a gift

I LOVE THE COLOR I PURCHASED THE BRIGHT RED. THE JACKET IS NOT TOO HEAVY. I HAD TO RE-ORDER A SMALLER SIZE (1X) TO GET THE PROPER FIT. THE 1ST JACKET (3X) WAS WAY TOO BIG & HEAVY. THE SLEEVES WERE ALSO VERY WIDE & LONG.THE 2ND JACKET WASN'T AS BRIGHT AS THE 1ST. JACKET, MAYBE THEY CAME FROM A DIFFERENT DYE BATCH. YOU WILL REALLY STAND OUT IN THIS JACKET.

From what I read in the reviews here, I sized up two sizes. That was a mistake. and this is the inherent problem of buying clothing online--HOWEVER............I sent it back and ordered my original size, and--TA-DAH!!! It was correct. I would NEVER EVER guess that this was faux leather. and for the price-ZOWIE!It's attractive, sophisticated, well designed, sewn and tailored well.I"M VERY PICKY- having started sewing when I was about 12. Now that I'm much older, I can take a quick look at something and KNOW in seconds what's good and what's not.THIS IS REALLY A FINE QUALITY jacket. This jacket is really weird lol. I read every single review and still couldn’t decide what size to get because it was all over the board. I’m just adding to that chaos, but I’m typically a true medium in all tops, sweaters, etc. I do tend to size up to a large for jackets for the sole purpose of layering. I love wearing thick sweaters and tops so I like extra room in my jacket without looking too oversized. I’m about 5’4” and 180lbs if that helps. I ordered the 1X based on other reviews, which is a size up for an XL. I honestly should have gone with a L or XL because 1. I don’t usually zip up my leather jackets so I don’t care how it fits around my hips/waist 2. The shoulders are my biggest concern because I have broad man shoulders and this jacket in the 1X was just too big for that area and 3. The style I got was slightly different from everyone else based on the pictures so my style jacket could have ran bigger. But it’s weird because it only ran bigger in the shoulders and arms but fit right everywhere else. I’m going to exchange this for another size but just thought I’d share my opinion and provide some pictures. I will say the burgundy is gorgeous! It’s like a nice wine color with some brown tones which is exactly what I’ve been looking for.Update!!!! I ordered down to an XL and it fits MUCH better. I can’t exactly zip it up all the way but as I mentioned before that’s fine with me. I usually keep all my jackets open except for my heavy duty winter coat. It fits perfect with and without bulky sweaters. So if you’re like me and get this style jacket and prefer a slightly bigger fit for layering, go up one to two sizes. If you’re in between sizes, go with two sizes up. It really is a nice looking jacket even though the sizing is messed up lol.

First of all, the wine red color is NOT at all as it's pictured. Based upon the photographs, I thought it would be a dark rich plum red. Nope, the jacket is red. Not wine red, not burgandy. Red. So, it's going back because of that, but like other reviewers have noted, the shaping and fit is very off with this jacket. It's very slim-fitting through the middle, so if you want this jacket to fit, you would need to size up. But then I feel it would be very large through the shoulders and bust area, so it's just not a well measured and constructed jacket, unfortunately. The qualify of the faux leather, however, was very nice, and I felt the zips were well-made. The hardware, however, was quite glaring and shiny, which I felt made it look pretty cheap. If you want a quality jacket that fits well, this is not the one. If you want a dark rich plummy red, like what is photographed, this is not the one, eiher.

For the price it’s a steal. Well made. Sized up one for room. Cute trendy style at a great price.

Super cute jacket !!!Unfortunately it was indeed too small. I'm in between sizes when it comes to jackets, some large fit me and some xl is the better choice. This one I took a chance but will have to return. Way too tight, did not zip😭
