Q: will this fit a ford f 350 windshield wiper Linkage Bushing Dorman 49456

I do not know if this fits an F350, I used it on my 2002 F150 Lightning, but was very disappointed, as the plastic gear wheel attached to to motor was all cracked and seized. I had to use the motor/gear.assembly off of my old linkage. As I am in the Caribbean I could not return it.

Q: Is there any adjusting that needs to be done prior to installing? Or is this this lined up how it should be?

Adjust the linkage to allow clearance while installing. Cycle the motor once to bring motor to rest position before installing wiper blades.

Q: will this fit a 2008 Lincoln town car?
