It actually works to improve nail appearance
It was easy to swallow. It is in a capsule form, so it was easily digested. It improved the appearance and strength of my nails noticeably! Yeah! That is the best!It is hard to get. That is not so good! Amazon keeps running out of stock! My go to health store is out of it as well!Price is a little high for a bottle of #50 caps.

Too much calcium~~too little silica. Check out Diatomaceous Earth~~ a terrific source of silica. Food grade of course~~10 lbs for $24 Nature's Wisdom on Amazon. AMAZING!

solgar have 2 productssilica with calciumsilica, just 25mg by itselfI prefer the product without calcium, but it seems they mix up the pictures
