I have the police car and tow truck. Nice big police car its been loved at home and show and tell. Love the rubber wheels. My 3 and 5 year old did break the wench on the tow truck pretty quickly after Christmas. It wasn't the product's fault. I have a 3 and 5 year old. They were impatient with the electric wench, pulling it out instead of using the lever.

The winch is poorly designed. We got this for our son, who loves tow trucks, because of the motorized winch. After one time lowering it, the string came off the spool and got tangled on the motor, rendering it useless. The winch would spin about 1/2 a turn in either direction then just make clicking noises. Also, one of the levers on the back did not work. 10/10 would not recommend, especially after reading this is a common problem.

I bought this for my 2 1/2 year old grandson for Christmas once he opened it he played with it all day. I was a little skeptical about the tow winch because my grandson hooks it onto things that are heavy the truck makes a weird noise, and the winch can't pull the weight but it is still working, He also manually pulls the hook out instead of using the lever and the lever still works. He is very rough with this truck he puts it on the couch and pushes it off and it crashes to the floor, I keep thinking he is going to break it, if it does break, I will purchase another one it's his favorite toy well worth the price.

Christmas morning and 5 minutes into my kid playing with it and the tow cable won’t work anymore. Ok built on the rest.

Looks great, awesome sounds, but the "tow cable/hook" are terrible.....the hook is too light so when your child tries to release it or lower it, it doesn't fall and the string keeps unraveling and gets tangled on the spool.....it got caught in the gears twice in the 15min my grandson had it open......took me a while to get it untangled........the rope has to be centered perfectly when winding it in or it won't center on the spool and will get stuck in the gears.....Definitely not very kid friendly, especially small kids who it's meant for......

One of my songs favorite toys. He has so much fun hooking up to other toys and towing them away. The perfect size and excellent design allow him to lift the product but also utilized it pull other products. He loves pushing the sound buttons to hear the horn. He's a little rough with it but the build quality is good so it hasn't been damaged. Fun for all ages.
