I bought the Crayola Air-Dry Clay to make Christmas ornaments with my son, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! The clay is soft, easy to work with, and dries beautifully without cracking, just make sure you make the ornaments thick enough, about an 1/2'' or more. It took 2-3 days to completely dry, which was the only down side.Once the ornaments dried, we decorated them with paint and permanent marker, and they turned out so cute! I've been seeing lots of air-dry clay crafting on social media recently and decided to give it a try with my my 5 & 7 year olds... needless to say, we're all obsessed! This clay is soft, pliable & very easy to work with - perfect for hand sculpting and pressing into molds. It does take a couple of days to fully dry, but we love checking on our projects periodically and observing the process. It takes acrylic paint really well and if you toss some acrylic varnish or mod-podge on top to seal it all in when you're finished, you'll have a pretty solid piece of art. Enjoy creating!

Great for kids or beginners starting out. It did crack a bit when drying, it was the quality I was expecting. I would still recommend this product for fun kids projects and craft time.
