These capsules are huge. I struggled to swallow one let alone the recommend three. Since they have a strong smell of mushrooms putting them in any kind of liquid is also not very nice. I’m currently persevering with mushroom milkshake but I don’t recommend it. Not an order I’ll be making again sadly.

There is almost a week since i take these and i feel very good, no more constipation and general feeling better ! Thank you will buy again
