Sunny Isle Shea Coconut Moisturizing Shampoo Infused with Jamaican Black Castor Oil 12oz

Pros: Been using this for a few weeks since my previous go-to shampoo was out of stock, so far I have no complaints. My hair feels good and more specifically my scalp. Cons: N/A Overall score: 10/10

I wanted to get the rosemary mint shampoo but after reading reviews saying they received an expired item, I decided to get this one. Unfortunately the coconut shampoo I received was expired by two years!! I’m having to return the item. A shame really as I was looking forward to trying this.

I have longer hair with Mixed ethnicity. This seems to clean my hair real well and give it volume.

I have SISTERLOCKS so technically moisturizing shampoos are a no, no but I wanted this because sometimes I feel my hair does need some moisture. I ordered this knowing this wouldn’t be something I would use regularly but from time to time so my hair could have moisture during shampoos since I usually use shampoos that strip my hair from build up. Anyway, with that being said, I really do like this shampoo. I was initially wondering if my hair would have to be shampoo’d twice before it lathered. Nope, it lathered up on the first go round to my surprise. I usually wash my hair twice, mainly because it takes two washings for it to lather up. Since this shampoo lathered up really nicely the first time I felt it did a good job cleaning my hair so I only washed it once. Not only that, since this is a moisturizing shampoo and I have locs, I really didn’t want to have to wash it twice. My hair felt very clean, once again to my surprise since I usually use tea tree oil or apple cider vinegar to rid my hair of build up. I didn’t feel the need to do that with this shampoo. My pics were soft as well. Anyway, I am very happy with this shampoo. It has a light, pleasant smell. I would recommend. 👍🏾

I really love the coconut scent of this shampoo. It makes washing my hair with this a pleasant experience. This shampoo lathers copiously and cleans well--in fact, almost too well. I have short to medium fine curly hair and my curls were relaxed a little when dry after using this shampoo. Nevertheless, I really like this.

My hair feels extremely hard after using it and very drying I don't recommend if you have wear an afro
