Two (2) Kuhn All Copper Inserts are included. INSTRUCTIONS: One size fits all. For adult use only. The KCI is reusable by a single wearer, unless sterilized. Place a conventional mask front side down on a clean flat surface. Tear off the white strip on the upper edge of the KCI to expose the adhesive. Position the adhesive edge on the back of the mask just below the nose wire. Press the adhesive into the mask. The KCI will adhere to the mask. Once the KCI is secured, lift the mask and place the ear loops over your ears, centering the mask on your face. The KCI is now on the inside of the mask, facing the nose. Press the top of the mask over the bridge of your nose. Extend the bottom of the mask under your chin. RECOMMENDED USES: When breathing sanitized and filtered air is important. very pleased with these inserts
I am a dentist. Phyllis K. (PK) has been my patient for several years. Last year, she introduced me to the Kuhn Copper mask, a mesh mask with highly cidal (killing) properties that destroyed most types of virus on contact. I wanted a product that would fit comfortably under a conventional mask, yet was soft enough so that the nose piece (a thin aluminum wire on the top of the conventional mask) could conform to my nose.I tried several designs. She gave me a Copper Mesh Insert (CMI). It fit easily into the conventional mask and was secured by a thin strip of adhesive on the back of a piece of mole skin. I was able to press the conventional mask over my nose and stretch the bottom to cover my chin.Of note, the CMI was autoclaved with the mole skin attached and came out sterilized; the moleskin even retained its adhesive properties! PK advised me the copper self-disinfected within 15 minutes. Also, the entire insert could be submerged in 70% isoporopyl alcohol and then dried for rapid disinfection.She said the insert could be reused and that it would last two years with proper cleaning and storage. The CMI was perfect! I suggested some dental meetings to present this product. It would be ideal for adding an extra layer of protection when treating potentially infected patients. It could also potentially protect patients from staff with respiratory infections. I consider this product a win-win, as it affords protection for the providers, as well as the patients.

Comfortable and barely noticeable in my mask
I use masks that have a liner pocket, the mesh fits in there easily so I don’t use the adhesive strip. I don’t notice they are even there.

Too Pricey
The filter is too small in area for the price. It easily corrodes and a bit still for an insert filter, though it seems to work against allergies and the air that passes through seems fresher to inhale. Can be 5 star if not for the steep price.

peace of mind when shopping!
I feel better when I put this in my mask when out and about during this pandemic! I have placed this in the mask filter slot, and I've just placed it inside a mask without a filter slot and it is more comfortable in the filter slot. The price is very high which is my only complaint

Copper mesh with anti-viral properties
Small rectangle of fine copper mesh. Exactly what I was looking for. Edges are turned and/or covered. Price is high but don’t need any more.

Copper kills bacteria and virus so all you have to do is put it in your mask and breath easy.
